Mint Lemon TzatzikiIngredients
- 200g non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp dried mint
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Grate cucumber.
- Squeeze out as much water as possible.
- Mince garlic.
- Add everything to a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Chill for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Taste and add more salt or lemon if needed.
