30g cottage cheese mixed into eggs, no milk on the side

30g cottage cheese

Method
Crack eggs into a bowl.
Add cottage cheese.
Whisk hard for 30-45 seconds until no white streaks remain.
Heat pan on low-medium.
Pour eggs in.
Stir slowly with a spatula.
Remove when slightly wet.
Tzatziki
Ingredients
200g Greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber, grated
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Method
Mix everything.
Refrigerate.
Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients
2 russet potatoes
2 carrots
1 zucchini
Seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika
Method
Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Toss with seasoning.
Bake at 425°F for 30-35 minutes.
Flip halfway through.

Ingredients
225g (8 oz) dry pasta
Salt
Method
Boil salted water.
Cook according to package directions.
Drain.
Add black pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
